Summary:

As a Project Manager for Electrical Projects, you will collaborate with senior management to oversee all project aspects, from labor to budget management. This role offers a well-defined career path in project management and senior leadership. Job Description:

· Manage a diverse range of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, quality standards, and scope requirements, all while maintaining safety.

· Work closely with senior team members, suppliers, and contractors to synchronize schedules, manage inventory, handle materials, and facilitate project communications.

· Conduct regular on-site visits to assigned projects, engaging with customers, and collaborating with various trades while representing the organization professionally.

· Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

· Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

· Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

· Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

· Fulfill any other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

· Detail-oriented professional with outstanding problem-solving skills, a passion for tackling new challenges, and a commitment to achieving results.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

· Competency in estimating and quoting.

· Excellent time management skills, adaptable to various schedules and environments.

· Strong technical knowledge of tools, equipment, and project layouts.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry with strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

· Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or similar tools.

· Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction estimating.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:

1. Experience with Bluebeam, Procore and/or similar software for document management and collaboration.

2. Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and software-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $74,506.22 - $89,727.91 per year
